Lum Library. The Lum Library is the best place to find thousands of articles, documents, industry research and more.
AI’s Coronavirus (COVID-19) page. The Appraisal Institute is dedicated to making sure appraisers have the latest news on the coronavirus pandemic. On AI’s coronavirus page, valuation professionals can find news and updates from government-sponsored enterprises and agencies, as well as state news, Appraisal Institute resources and industry resources.
“Find an Appraiser” directory. AI’s directory helps users find AI Designated Members in their local communities.
Online store. The online store offers an extensive collection of books, periodicals and educational materials on the valuation of residential and commercial real property.
The Appraisal Journal. TAJ is the Appraisal Institute’s quarterly peer-reviewed journal that provides innovative and thought-provoking articles on a wide variety of valuation topics.

Those are some great resources. I particularly like the AI’s Youtube channel. It is very informative and often has valuable insights from experienced appraisers. For example, I like the clips that talk about ‘Green Valuation.’
Another great website to check out is the AppraisersForum.com. It is a community for real estate appraisers. I often learn a great deal from their sharing.
