Appraisal Institute Media Coverage Seen by 1 Billion Between July and December

The latest video from the Appraisal Institute highlights media coverage featuring AI and its professionals in the last six months of 2017.

AI and its professionals were featured in 1,252 news stories in 454 different media outlets across the country, garnering more than 1.2 billion views, for a publicity value of more than $1.2 million.

The Appraisal Institute and its professionals regularly appeared in national media coverage between July and December 2017: daily newspapers including The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and Los Angeles Times; national broadcast outlets including National Public Radio; magazines such as Forbes, Builder and Commercial Property Executive; and online outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg and Yahoo! Finance. AI and its individuals also were featured in local media, appearing in statewide newspapers, on local radio stations and network affiliate television newscasts across the country.

AI officers, individuals and staff addressed such topics as appraiser demographics, residential walkability, property tax appeals and the value of home improvement projects.
