2020 Appraisal Institute President Outlines This Year’s Goals

2020 Appraisal Institute President Jefferson L. Sherman, MAI, AI-GRS, outlines the organization’s priorities for the year in AI’s latest video.

As the global valuation profession’s thought leader, the Appraisal Institute continues to advocate on behalf of appraisers who are facing some of the most pressing issues in the valuation profession today.

This year, the Appraisal Institute will focus on the following priorities:

  • continuing to be highly effective in advocacy on behalf of all appraisers;
  • seeking to increase diversity and inclusion in the organization and throughout the valuation profession; and
  • expanding the Appraisal Institute’s world-renowned body of knowledge.
