The Appraisal Institute is pleased to announce the launch of our blog, Opinions of Value. Whether it’s the appraiser perspective on a legislative or regulatory issue, enhanced discussion about recent industry media coverage, or thoughts from AI leaders about upcoming trends, we hope that our readers always will find value in the opinions, perspective and information that we’ll share.
A great deal of content exists in the blogosphere, but only one organization can stake claim as the oldest and largest professional association of real estate appraisers with more than 24,000 members in 60 countries, and accordingly can provide expert analysis on all appraisal-related topics.
The Appraisal Institute is planning to blog on a weekly basis. Most importantly, we’ll share a new blog post when there’s something interesting to say, or when we have noteworthy information that we think will resonate with our readers. If you are not already connected with us on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, we encourage you to join us on those social media channels as well. If we’re already connected, feel free to retweet our posts, like or comment on our status updates, or let us know how we can improve our social media interactions.
The blog, like the Appraisal Institute’s print and online news sources, was created to serve AI members and the valuation and real estate industries at large. Our continued goal is to communicate via the channels and methods that are part of our members’ and others’ daily lives. Time is valuable and information is critical, and Opinions of Value will use those concepts as a guide for our future interactions.
To follow the Appraisal Institute on our other social media outlets, please use the Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin buttons.
If you have an “opinion of value,” please share your comments.
