VIDEO: Appraisal Institute Announces International Valuation Conference Keynoter

StillIn the Appraisal Institute’s latest video, 2017 AI President Jim Amorin, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, shares details about the keynote speaker and provides travel tips for this year’s International Valuation Conference. The conference will be co-hosted with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and will take place June 8 – 11 in Ottawa, Ontario.

IVC attendees will have the opportunity to learn from Dr. Joe MacInnis, a physician, scientist, author and deep-sea explorer who will share his leadership and teamwork expertise. At the conference, Dr. MacInnis will demonstrate how deep empathy, deep eloquence and deep endurance can be used for valuation beyond borders.

Amorin also provided a reminder for attendees to apply for (or renew) their passports in advance of the trip. Standard processing time for a passport application is six weeks, so be sure to fill out the application on the U.S. Department of State’s website to ensure you’re prepared to travel.
