The Appraisal Institute’s latest video highlights media coverage featuring the association and its professionals during the first six months of 2016.
Almost 700 stories featuring AI and/or its professionals appeared in nearly 400 unique media outlets including print, television and online, with a potential audience of more than 900 million and a publicity value of almost $600,000.
The national media frequently turn to AI for comments and perspective on valuation and other real-estate specific topics. Among the outlets featuring AI and its professionals so far in 2016 are: The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor, U.S. News & World Report, the Chicago Tribune and National Mortgage Professional Magazine. Local and statewide outlets also turn to AI professionals to serve as a voice of authority for comments and opinions for print articles, and radio and television broadcasts.
Topics addressed by AI and its professionals included green valuation, home renovations, landscaping upgrades, commercial valuations, residential sales and how poultry houses may impact home values.
